Weather phase estimate

Use the phase estimate

Anchor this local estimate to the phase you can see in Roblox. It does not predict random weather events.

Estimate
Not startedChoose the phase you see, then start the local estimate.

The fixed cycle is Day 7:30, Sunset 0:30, Night 2:00. Re-sync after joining a new server or when an update changes the in-game timing.

Time of day

Day 7 minutes 30 seconds Default farming window before the night risk starts. Wiki
Sunset 30 seconds Transition from day into night. Wiki
Night 2 minutes Players can steal plants, and moon variants may appear: normal 77%, Gold 13%, Rainbow 6%, Blood 2%, Mega 2%. Wiki

Weather events

Rain 5 minutes Gives 2x growth speed to all plants and revives plants. Wiki
Lightning 5 minutes Can apply the Electric mutation to crops. Wiki
Rainbow 5 minutes Boosts the chance to receive the Rainbow mutation and grants a temporary movement item. Wiki
Snowfall 2 minutes 30 seconds Can apply the Frozen mutation to random crops. Wiki
Starfall 2 minutes Can apply the Starstruck mutation to random crops. Wiki
Aurora 2 minutes Can apply the Aurora mutation to random crops. Wiki
Sunburst 5 minutes Can apply the Ignited mutation to random crops. Wiki
Eclipse 2 minutes Starts only after harvesting an Eclipse Bloom and can apply the Eclipsed mutation to random crops. Wiki

Moon events

How to use weather events

Growth window Rain is most useful when you want faster crop growth and revived plants.
Mutation window Lightning, Rainbow, Snowfall, Starfall, Aurora, Sunburst, Blood Moon, Gold Moon, and Rainbow Moon all affect mutation planning, but moon events also carry night risk.
Night risk window Night and moon events can create strong rewards, but they also overlap with stealing risk.
Phase estimate Anchor the local Day, Sunset, and Night estimate to what you can see in Roblox. Random weather events still cannot be predicted.

Weather planning notes

Before an event Keep a few valuable crops planted before short events start. Starfall, Snowfall, and moon events are too short to build a whole plan after the notification appears.
During an event Check which crops are already ready, then decide whether the event is better used for growth, mutation attempts, or defense. Do not sell a crop just because an event starts.
After an event Move the result into the calculator before selling if the crop received a mutation. A small base value crop can still be weak even with a multiplier.
During night Night and moon events should be treated as both opportunity and risk. If your best crops are exposed, protecting them can be stronger than chasing another garden.

The phase estimate is a local planning aid. Start it after checking the in-game sky, then use this page to compare known triggers, event durations, and the connection between weather events, mutation planning, and night stealing risk.

For most GAG2 players, the useful question is not only what the weather event is called. The useful question is what the event changes right now. Rain changes growth decisions. Lightning, Snowfall, Starfall, Aurora, Sunburst, Rainbow, and Blood Moon change mutation decisions. Gold Moon and Rainbow Moon can also change mutation planning because they may spawn seeds, strike a plant and nearby plants, and still overlap with stealing risk. Mega Moon is a separate seed-only moon window, so treat it as a chance to watch for Mega Seeds rather than a mutation shortcut. Rainbow Moon also carries a small rainbow-pet note in the current weather details, so confirm the live event behavior in-game before you build the whole plan around it.

Use daytime to plant, harvest, sell, and prepare expensive crops. Use sunset as a warning window. When night starts, decide whether you are defending your own garden or taking the risk of stealing from another player. If a moon event appears, check whether your crops are worth protecting before chasing the event reward.

The phase estimate follows the reported Day 7:30, Sunset 0:30, and Night 2:00 loop, but it is not a server feed. Treat random Rain, Lightning, Rainbow, Snowfall, Starfall, and moon outcomes as in-game events, then check the current sky in Roblox.
